Our director is Will Eardley, a respected Orthopaedic Surgeon based in Middlesbrough, Northeast England. Will has clinical and academic interests focussed on trauma, limb reconstruction, fracture surgery and its complications. He holds several senior national positions dealing with orthopaedic trauma and research.
He consults on all aspects of fracture care including hip fracture management, orthoplastic injury, nonunion & deformity and bone infection. Will's National Health Service practice is at the Trauma and Orthopaedic Department of the James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough.
We hold contracts with implant companies for teaching, coaching and R&D services. This is one of the more rewarding parts of our business . It has given us a unique position within the implant company space both to influence and invest in quality individual performance management and to ensure company representatives and clinical staff are very best they can be. This results improved customer relations and ultimately more sales.
Our practice is therefore underpinned by a comprehensive but portfolio career in training and early Consultant Practice. Including military experience, time spent working in General Practice alongside interest and qualifications in sports medicine forms a rounded ability to deal with all injuries in terms of reporting and patient care and a broad range of skills to undertake the domains we serve.
