Northern Trauma Consulting provides independent orthopaedic medicolegal opinion in personal injury and clinical negligence matters. For more than fourteen years we have accepted instructions on behalf of both claimants and defendants, maintaining an approximately equal balance of work that reflects our commitment to independence, objectivity and impartiality.
Our practice is founded on contemporary consultant practice, evidence-based medicine and a detailed understanding of orthopaedic trauma, standards of care and rehabilitation. Reports are prepared in accordance with the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) Part 35. We have completed Bond Solon Expert Witness training and continue our professional development through the Bond Solon CUBS accreditation programme.
