We have been providing high quality reports across a range of accidents and injuries for over fourteen years, split 50:50 claimant and defence. We have Bond Solon training in Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) Part 35 and are undertaking further certification through the Bond Solon CUBS accreditation this year.
We see clients at our rooms in Park View Medical Clinic, Middlesbrough. The clinic is easily accessible by road from across Northern England and is a short taxi ride from Middlesbrough train station.
All injuries sustained through accident either industrial / occupational or otherwise are seen and assessed. All fractures regardless of location and wounds equally are able to be reported on.
We see clients through direct referral from solicitors but also through accredited agencies. We do not consult on low-cost motor vehicle ( whiplash) injuries and do not see children under sixteen years. Equally we do not undertake reports on a no win no fee or deferred payment basis.
Our director has a military background, having served 19 years in the British Army including two years as Regimental Medical Officer to an infantry battalion including peace keeping and war fighting operations. This gives us a unique capacity to authoritatively comment on military related injury and compensation.
