Northern Trauma Consulting is an independent consultancy specialising in orthopaedic medicolegal reporting, injury management, rehabilitation guidance and orthopaedic implant company education and coaching. The practice is led by Mr Will Eardley, Consultant Orthopaedic Trauma Surgeon, whose expertise encompasses complex fracture surgery, limb reconstruction, non-union, deformity correction, bone infection and orthoplastic injury. Alongside his NHS practice, he holds senior national leadership roles in orthopaedic trauma, research and clinical governance, bringing a unique perspective to both medicolegal work and professional consultancy.
Beyond expert reporting, Northern Trauma Consulting works closely with industry partners in education, surgical coaching, research and implant development. These collaborations support innovation, improve clinical practice and help advance the delivery of orthopaedic trauma care.
