- Vice-Chair British Orthopaedic Association Trauma Committee
- Orthopaedic Clinical Lead, National Hip Fracture Database
- Trauma Audit Research Network Audit Committee
- Vice-Chair Royal College of Surgeon's of Edinburgh Orthopaedic Surgical Speciality Board
Mr Eardley is an active member of the Orthopaedic Trauma Society (OTS).
In addition to the OTS, Mr Eardley also holds membership of the British Limb Reconstruction Society and the British Trauma Society.
